Now that summer is over, you can look forward to coming along to St Mark's again for our film nights!  Details of the next two films are shown below:

Tuesday, 15th October: Fisherman’s Friends
Ten fisherman from Cornwall achieve a Top 10 hit after they are signed to Universal Records by a cynical London music executive.  Based on a true story, the film shows everyday life in London & Port Isaac and builds up patriotic emotions to run through the Cornish culture.

Tuesday, 19th November: Red Joan
Joan Stanley is a widow living out a quiet retirement in the suburbs when, shockingly, the British Secret Service places her under arrest. The charge: providing classified scientific information - including details on the building of the atomic bomb - to the Soviet government for decades. As the interrogation gets underway, Joan relives the dramatic events that shaped her life and her beliefs.

The films starts at 7pm but come along early and enjoy the refreshments.  The films are free but if you'd like to donate anything, the money goes towards St Mark's Building Fund.

We also have Meeples Café, a chilled out evening of games, tea and coffee every third Tuesday at 7pm. It's free to come along, so why not bring a friend and meet new people while relaxing with some fun tabletop games?
